"fluffy bunny."*


 "Reminds me of hunting with my grandfather," Bodie said out of the blue,
or rather the black, one crisp Bonfire Night. 

 Doyle traced Bodie's thoughts idly through the haze of smoke and the maze
of fizz as he watched the rockets bursting stars - silver, green, gold -
into the sky.

 "Oh yeah?" he asked, "With HRH was it? Brace of grouse or two?"

 "Eh?"

 "Shooting!"

 "What? Nah," Bodie nudged him away from the bonfire to where a smaller
flame was burning, where lips were licked and greasy fingers sucked. "We'd
eat it straight off the spit, just like that…"
